I believe the best design systems are those that serve teams as much as users. My approach combines methodological rigor with human sensitivity.

After founding several agencies and supporting organizations of all sizes, I've developed a unique expertise at the intersection of design systems, DesignOps, and training.

Today, I split my time between my agency Sérieux and teaching at schools like Le Laptop, Gobelins, and Sorbonne.

BRAD FROST MASTERCLASS IN PARIS

Co-organized the first masterclass in Paris with the father of Atomic Design, in partnership with Le Laptop.

2018-Present

FIRST DESIGN SYSTEM TRAINING IN FRANCE

Designed and developed the first design systems training program in France, taught at Le Laptop for 6 years.

2019-2024

GOBELINS PROGRAM

Created the Design Thinking and Facilitation program for Gobelins. Trained teams from BearingPoint, Worldline, Volkswagen, Crédit Agricole, INRAE.

Supported the SIG teams and partner agency in creating, framing, and launching the French Government Design System (DSFR).
